Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how spantly (the “Service”), available at https://spantly.com, collects and uses personal data. spantly is a multi-platform short-form publishing web application.
What we collect
Your account email and name, the workspaces you create, the media you upload, and the posts you compose and publish. We store OAuth access tokens (and Bluesky session material) for the social accounts you connect — encrypted at rest.
Google Sign-In / Google user data
If you sign in with Google, spantly receives your Google account name, email address, and profile picture. We use this Google user data solely to create and authenticate your spantly account so you can use the Service. We do not use Google account data to post on your behalf to Google products, to access Gmail or Drive, to access YouTube beyond sign-in, or for advertising. You can also create an account with email and password instead of Google.
What we never collect
We never ask for or store your TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar main account passwords. Bluesky connections use an app password you create. Other networks use official OAuth. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
How tokens are stored
Access tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest and are never displayed in the app. They are used solely to publish on your behalf when you ask us to.
Third-party services
We use infrastructure providers for hosting, object storage, payments (Stripe), and email delivery. Each processes data only as needed to provide the service. Google provides optional Sign-In authentication as described above.
Your rights
You can disconnect any social account, export your data, and permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings at any time.
