How Spantly handles your account, brand kits, prompts, and generated thumbnails.
Last updated September 4, 2026
1. Who we are
Spantly (“we”, “us”) provides an AI thumbnail workspace for game and YouTube creators. This policy explains what we collect when you use the website, workspace, and related services (the “Service”).
2. Information we collect
- Account data — email address and authentication identity when you sign up or sign in (via Supabase Auth).
- Brand kit data — colors, reference images, style notes, and other visual identity details you save per game.
- Generation data — prompts, settings, reference attachments, and the thumbnail images produced for you.
- Billing data — plan, credits, and payment status. Card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data — basic logs needed to run the Service (for example request timing, errors, and credit consumption).
3. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service (including brand kits and generation history).
- Process subscriptions, credit packs, and free monthly credits.
- Authenticate your account and keep the workspace secure.
- Respond to support requests and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Comply with legal obligations when required.
We do not sell your prompts, brand kits, or generated images.
4. Processors we use
We use trusted providers to run the Service:
- Supabase — authentication and profile / product database records.
- Cloudflare R2 — storage for generated and reference images.
- fal.ai — AI image generation from your prompts and attached references.
- Stripe — payments, subscriptions, and card verification.
These providers process data only to deliver the Service under their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the processors above as needed to operate the Service, or if required by law. Shared thumbnail links you create may be viewable by anyone with the link.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep account, brand kit, and generation data while your account is active so you can reuse brand kits and review History. You can delete individual generations from History. To close an account and request broader deletion, use the Contact page or reach us from the dashboard after you sign in.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and similar storage required for authentication sessions and basic product preferences. We do not use advertising trackers on the marketing site for third-party ad networks.
8. Security
We use industry-standard providers and access controls to protect account and image data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and keep your login private.
9. Children
The Service is aimed at creators and studios. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
