Terms of Service.
The rules for using Spantly — accounts, credits, brand kits, billing, and what you may generate.
Last updated September 4, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Spantly (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Spantly is an AI thumbnail workspace for games and YouTube. You can save brand kits (visual identity for a game), generate 16:9 thumbnails from prompts and references, edit results lightly, and manage history and billing in the dashboard.
Features, plan limits, resolutions, and pricing may change. Marketing pages describe current plans; the dashboard and checkout show what you are billed for.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account was accessed without permission.
4. Credits and billing
- One successful generation consumes one credit at your plan’s resolution.
- Failed generations should not keep the credit.
- Credits are spent when you unlock a completed thumbnail, not when generation starts.
- Free plans include a limited monthly credit allotment. Paid plans and credit packs add credits as described at checkout.
- Subscription credits refresh with the billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over unless we explicitly say otherwise for a plan or promotion.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply based on your location.
- Paid subscriptions may start with a free trial. During a trial your card is saved and you are not charged the plan price until the trial ends, unless you cancel first.
- You can cancel a subscription from Billing. Access continues through the paid period already charged unless stated otherwise at cancel time.
5. Your content and rights
You keep ownership of prompts, brand kits, reference images, and thumbnails you generate with the Service, subject to the rights of any third-party material you upload and the licenses of the AI providers we use.
You may use generated thumbnails commercially on Roblox game pages, ads, and socials, provided your use complies with these Terms and applicable law (including Roblox and platform policies).
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the Service (including generation, editing, history, and share links you create).
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal content or content that exploits or harms minors.
- Impersonate other people or brands in a deceptive way.
- Harass, defame, or attack other creators.
- Upload malware or attempt to break, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Resell raw API access or automated bulk use outside a permitted plan.
- Violate Roblox, Stripe, or other third-party terms that apply to your use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
7. AI output
Generations are produced by third-party AI models. Outputs can be imperfect, unexpected, or similar to other users’ results. You are responsible for reviewing thumbnails before you publish them and for ensuring your final use is lawful and appropriate.
8. Our intellectual property
The Spantly name, logo, website, and product UI are ours. These Terms do not give you rights to our brand or software beyond using the Service as offered.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, perfect generations, or that the Service will meet every creative goal. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Spantly and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim (or zero if you are on a free plan).
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the product. Sections that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Contact
